A blog for our John O'Groats to Lands End cycle tour- 3 weeks starting on the 24th June 2009. We catch the sleeper train from Watford on the 24th, arrive in Wick at about 3.30 on the 25th, then have about 15 miles to cycle to John O'Groats. THEN we start....
We are taking camping gear, and have nothing but the train there booked, so no idea where we will stop each night.

On train to Wick
Just boarded train to Wick. Not a great nights sleep on the train. Bacon rolls for breakfast in Inverness. Warm and suuny (at the moment). Just met 2 German cyclists following the North Sea cycle route.
Don't know if you receive comments but if you do: Sounding good! Just taken girlies out for a walk. Maisies back legs not so amazing today - will half a beige pill in the mornings as well help? She's still running round like a little puppy though haha. xxxx
